Order Processing and Shipping

- Shipping time: 7-12 business days
Return Window
Customers may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Return Eligibility
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Discounted final-sale items
- Promotional clearance products
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item they received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, NAKED will cover the return shipping fees.
Shipping fees for purchases are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Return and Refund Process
- Submit your return request within the 14-day return window.
- Ship the item back to us following the instructions provided in our return authorization.
- Once your return is received, inspected, and verified, we will approve your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Please note that the timing for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide visual evidence (photos of the item and packaging) to thankyouokesl660@gmail.com. Verified cases will receive a free replacement, full refund, or partial compensation as appropriate.
Order Cancellations
